Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item to our facility. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges in regards to an exchange or return.

As a courtesy to shoppers during Christmas, we extend our return policy during the months of December and January.
Shipping Insurance (Corso) will not be refunded when an item is returned for a refund. If you decide you don't want shipping insurance after you place an order you must contact us BEFORE the item ships to get it refunded.
Shipping Charges will not be refunded when an item is sent back for a refund. Customer will only be refunded for the price of the hat.
